Meet Nicholas

Nicholas Walton has been guiding B2B clients across brand and culture for almost two decades. As a brand consultant, his award-winning work has brought customers closer for the likes of Sony, NAB and BHP. Nicholas has also led transformation and culture teams at Deloitte, bringing the employee experience to life for diverse Australian clients including Telstra, Coles and Australia Post.

Building on this unique perspective of both customers and employees, Nicholas launched Aulsen, infusing brand-led cultures into B2B organisations across Australia, to enhance the brand experience for clients and employees alike.
